Our main goal is to secure the information infrastructure with (and from) mobile code. We do this through achieving four sub-goals:
- Relate local code behavior to global network attributes like safety, liveness, and self-stabilization.
- Guarantee trustworthiness of mobile code and their hosts to counteract viruses and malicious code.
- Support diversity and adaptation by both code and hosts making network services less vulnerable.
- Construct globally adaptive, intrusion tolerant, network services to create a defense information infrastructure with its own defenses.
